How we collect, use, store, and delete your personal data.
TrainerHub is a marketplace connecting personal trainers with clients. We collect only what the app needs to work. We do not sell your personal data.

We never collect or store your full card number or bank details. Card data goes directly to Stripe and never touches our servers.
We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with advertisers.
All traffic is encrypted in transit over HTTPS. Data is stored in Supabase with row-level security so accounts can only read the records they're entitled to. Passwords are stored as salted hashes and are never readable by us or anyone else.
Open the app and go to Profile → Settings → Delete Account. This permanently removes your profile, sessions, bookings, journal entries, and associated data. You can also email us and we'll do it for you.
Most of your data is editable directly in the app from your Profile. For anything else, email us and we'll provide a copy or make corrections.
Push notifications are opt-in. You can turn them off any time in iOS Settings or in the app.
We keep your data while your account is active. When you delete your account, we remove it promptly, except where we're legally required to retain transaction records (Stripe retains payment records per its own obligations).
TrainerHub is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data. If you believe a child has created an account, contact us and we'll remove it.
If we make material changes, we'll update the effective date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app.
